Description
In order to probe the effect of low dose γ-rays on the LDH (lactate dehydrogenase) and its isoenzyme from personal serum, the LDH and its isoenzyme of 95 workers exposed to 137Cs during mine prospecting were observed. Results showed that the total activity of the LDH of the exposed group was significantly higher than that of control, there are no differences of the LDH isoenzyme between groups, and no correlation with the worker's length of service of the cumulative dose
