Preparation of molybdenum isotope thin foil and films

Description

The method for preparation of thin (<= 1 μm) plastic foil of molybdenum isotopes is described. The foils is prepared by MoCl5 vapour decomposition at approximately 1100 K temperature, and film - at approximately 1400 K optimum temperature
