Reduced expansions for two four-potentials of the fields associated with the massive spin-1 particles carrying both the electric and magnetic charges have been derived in terms of Foldy-Shirokov realizations of irreducible representations of proper, orthochronous, inhomogeneous Lorentz group. Choosing suitable Lagrangian density, the effects of rotation and reflection in complex charge space on generalized field equations, equations of motion and Lagrangian density have been studied.
