This guide provides methods acceptable to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff for developing effluent monitoring programs to be described in license applications and for monitoring and reporting effluent data by licensees. The guidance is applicable to nuclear fuel processing and fabrication plants and uranium hexafluoride production plants
