Correct evaluation of radiation processing

Description
Radiation processing in solids is a complex phenomenon which has two aspects: material under the irradiation (initial structure defects, impurity) and radiation source (intensity, dose). At low doses the initial metastable atoms are able to interact with vacancies and fill ''holes''. So occurs ''radiation ordering''. At the dose interval this stage is very short and requires careful measurements. That's why it is very difficult to ''catch'' this effect. Intensity of irradiation source in radiation processing is important, too. These problems are less studied and in present work more attention is given to their discussion. (author)
