Measurement of the Qβ value for the β decay of mass separated 84As→84Se
Description
The Qβ value for the β decay of 84As→84Se has been measured for the first time. The value of 7195±200 keV is in disagreement with the value of 9780 keV derived from systematics. However, it is in agreement with results inferred from sums of average β and γ decay energies reported for decay heat measurements
