Description
Quality control issues on food monitoring activities not covered by law were investigated. After the Fukushima nuclear accident, local governments are making a huge effort to survey food samples both in accordance with law and not covered by law. However lack of quality control have been observed. Especially in the latter, Quality control culture should be built to establish community confidence. (author)
