Plasma parameter distribution function for high-pressure discharge in stochastic microwave
Description
For high pulses duration, as experiment shows, a free-localized high-pressure microwave discharge (HPMD) has the form of a clump of intertwined luminous plasma filaments. In similar plasma-field systems with disordered structure (when D≥λ, where D is the discharge dimension, λ is the microwave wavelength) development of stochastic plasma characteristics evolution can be observed
