Description
DTA, X-ray phase analysis, measuring of microhardness and concentration element EMF are used to study Tl2Te-Co1-xTe-Te system. Phase diagrams of Tl2Te(Tl5Tl3, TlTe, Tl2Te)-Co0.438Te0.562(CoTe2), Tl0.258Co0.258Te0.484-Te polythermal cross sections, liquidus surface projection and isothermal cross section at 300 K of Tl2Te-Co1-xTe-Te system phase diagram are plotted. It is shown that Tl2Te(Tl5Te3)-Co0.438Te0.562 sections are quasibinary and form eutectic type phase diagrams. In the investigated concentration range new intermediate phases and most regions of ternary solid solutions are not detected
