The presentation in this workshop on Neutrino Properties and Interactions have focused on the following topics: 1) Neutrino mass and the weak interaction studied by tritium beta decays and double beta decays; 2) Neutrino oscillations, presented and future, including new detector plans; 3) Neutrino scattering and reactions at high energy and neutrino activation; 4) Dark matter searches and new detectors for neutrinos and dark matter.
