Design of a new low power γ-Ray sensor detector circuit

Description
Following the trend of integration and miniaturization for the radiation detectors,a new low power γ-ray sensor detector circuit is developed. The capacitive coupling integrated amplifier and comparator is applied in the circuit, which realize the digital control with single-chip microcomputer and extend the range of application. The test result of the circuit indicated that the new γ-Ray sensor detector circuit has realized the design goal and suits for applying for nuclear radiation detect system. (authors)
