Description

The project of a storage ring complex involving heavy ion beam lines with energy up to 1 GeV/nucleon, a Tau-Charm Factory with colliding beam energy up to 2.5 GeV, a high resolution neutron source - IREN, and a synchrotron light source NK-10 with positron (electron) storage ring energy of 8-10 GeV. The Tau-Charm Factory design is based on conservative approach, i.e. high luminosity must be obtained with principles, systems and devices tested in various scientific centres. Conventional flat beam scheme and versatile magnet lattice to have the possibility of using both conventional and monochromatization schemes is under study. The main features of the design on the base of the versatile lattice are discussed. (K.A.). 12 refs., 12 figs., 3 tabs
