Description
The activities of the Radiological and Medical Sciences Research Institute (RAMSRI) of the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission for 2012 are highlighted under the following headings: mandate, vision and mission, organizational structure, personnel, research and development activities of the various centres namely: Medical and Radiation Physics Centre (MRPC); Radiopharmacy and Nuclear Medical Centre (RNMC); Applied Radiation Biology Centre (ARBC); Cellular and Clinical Research Centre (CCRC) and Nutrition Research Centre (NRC). Also highlighted are on-going IAEA, TC and AFRA projects, IAEA training courses, meetings and conferences attended by staff, training courses and meetings hosted by RAMSRI, achievements, challenges and projections for the year 2013.
