Future Neutrino Physics Scenarios in Japan

  • 1. Institute for Particle and Nuclear Studies, High Energy Accelerator Research Organization (KEK), 1-1, Oho, Tsukuba, 305-0801 (Japan)

Description

In Japan, Mega-Watt proton beam facility, J-PARC, has started operation and the T2K experiment aiming to discover νe appearance is taking data. After T2K, possible future experiments to discover CP violation in lepton sector using J-PARC with upgraded beam power to multi-MW and upgraded far detectors are being discussed. In this presentation, those future scenarios are presented.
