Dosimetry of total body irradiation
Description
TBI dosimetry needs similar data as conventional treatments. However, this data must refer to long distance and large field conditions. This article considers some problems associated with measurement and application of this type of data. The example of a 25 MV and a Cobalt 60 photon beam points out that specific corrections for TBI conditions are greater for 60Co compared to higher photon energy
