The text of the Cooperation Agreement between the International Atomic Energy Agency and the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization is reproduced herein for the information of all Members. The Agreement entered into force on 13 October 2008 pursuant to Article 8.

Le texte de l'accord de cooperation entre l'Agence internationale de l'energie atomique et l'Organisation internationale ITER pour l'energie de fusion est reproduit dans le present document pour l'information de tous les Etats Membres. L'accord est entre en vigueur le 13 octobre 2008 conformement a l'article 8.
