The principles and methods of the electron spin resonance experiment for high frequencies (75-150 GHz) and very low temperatures (down to 0.3 K) are presented. Physical basis and design features of the primary installation for magnetospectroscopy researches at hν/kT>, >>1 as well as the elements of the low-temperature magnetospectroscopy complex are presented
