Animalu's model potentials and transition metal structure stability problem

Description
Animalu's model potential of transition metals in the second order of peturbation theory was used to calculate total energies and equilibrium atomic volumes of the compact (fcc, bcc and hcp) modifications of 24 transitions elements. The calculation showed that elements described better and worse by this potential were available. Possible reasons of such behaviour were analysed
