On recrystallization under laser radiation conditions
Description
The effect of laser radiation on the B16 tungsten steel structure, which does not suffer any polymorphous transformations and on the 20N24 nickel steel with the martensite point below the room temperature is studied by the metallographic and electron-microscopic methods. The change of the solid solution grain size does not take place in the B16 steel under laser radiation conditions. The recrystallization with the formation of super-fine austenite grain takes place in the 20N24 steel under laser radiation conditions. The processes of the substructure transformation preceed the recrystallization
