Investigation of ammonium hexamolybdonickelate by thermal and spectral methods
Description
Ammonium hexamolybdonickelate (NH4)4[Ni(OH)6Mo6O18]·H2O (AHMN) is investigated using x-ray phase analysis, DTA, IR and ESR spectroscopy. Temperature range of its structure stability is determined up to 190 deg C. Possibility of partial recrystallization of AHMN heated up to 250 deg C under adsorbed water effect. Heating of AHMN in water steam within its structure stability range provides increase of Ni2+ environment symmetry. Compounds begins to destroy under 250 deg C
