Change of structure and superconducting properties in thermal cycling of YBa2Cu3O7-δ up to 450C

Description

The authors discuss the processes of absorption and loss of oxygen by ceramic specimens of YBa2Cu3O7-δ, and also the redistribution of oxygen and vacancies in the basal plane of the unit cell of this compound. They show that these processes clearly appeared in the geometrical characteristics of the lattice and in the electrical conductivity in the normal and superconducting states
