Application of A2B6 type compounds to measuring the gamma-and neutron- radiation dose by radiothermoluminescence method
Description
The results of studies on the possibility of utilizing the thermoluminescence of doped monocrystals of semiconductor compounds A2B6, by using ZnS and ZnSe as examples, for measuring the gamma- and neutron-radiation dose are presented. The apparatus used in the experiment is described. (author)
