Precise spectrum of Fermi quasi particles in ferromagnetic Kondo-Anderson lattice

Description
Spectrum of Fermi excitations of nondegenerated ferromagnetic semiconductor in case of T = 0 and one electron is studied for describing manganite electron structure with obvious strong correlations within the frames of Anderson periodic model with an account of s-d-exchange interaction. The exact dispersion equations and Green functions for various spin projections are obtained. State density curves are plotted for different d-level dispositions relative to the zone bottom
Abstract (Russian)
Для описания электронной структуры манганитов с явным учетом сильных электронных корреляций в рамках периодической модели Андерсона с учетом s-d-обменного взаимодействия исследован спектр фермиевских возбуждений невырожденного ферромагнитного полупроводника в случае Т = 0 и одного электрона. Получены точные дисперсионные уравнения и функции Грина для разных проекций спина. Построены кривые плотности состояний для различных расположений d-уровня относительно дна зоныAdditional details
