Radio-immune analysis. Assesment of measurement uncertainty systematical constituent

  • 1. FGUP 'VNIIFTRI', NTTs 'Amplituda', Mendeleevo (Russian Federation)

Description

Radio-immune analysis is the most sensitive method of biologically active substances content determination(hormones, tumorous antigens, immunoglobulins). The method is based on the binding of radiotracer with biologically active substance and subsequent measurements of samples prepared from the examined assays and standards on the radiometer-comparator. Majority of manufactured medicine sets for radio-immune analysis includes 5-7 standard samples are overlying in more than one concentration ranges. By results of preparation and measurement of standard samples the standard curve is drawing up. For assessment of uncertainty constituent in the 'Progress-RIA' radio-immune analysis set a several standard curves were used. Concentration value is determined like average for these curves, and a uncertainty like doubled value of results dispersion
