Validation of the self-displacement technique for estimation of specific radioactivity of radioimmunoassay tracers
Description
There has been controversy recently about the validity of the data-analysis of the self- displacement technique for estimation of specific radioactivity. This paper investigates the technique theoretically and provides practical corroboration of the results. (author)
