Simple circuit for measuring accelerator integral radiation dose
Description
To increase the accuracy of measuring the charge from the detector of accelerator ionizing radiation, single-value current integrator is modernized. Integrator scheme is described, its operation is analyzed. Reduction of charge leakage is achieved by using an electric triod as an active element, which is directly connected with . the accumulating capacity. The number of the scheme false operation is of an order lower. With the air ionization chamber at the entrance the integrator permits to measure chamber currents up to 10-12A with the accuracy of +-0.5%
