Influence of electrocatalytic factors on intensification of processes in sodium peroxoborate electrosynthesis

Influence of additives, application of anode materials and modifying processing on process of obtaining sodium peroxoborate by electrochemcial method is studied. It is established that presently Ti/Pt anodes with welded on foil alone are characterized by the utmost stability and acceptable selectivity as compared to other electrode materials or anode compositions. Electrosynthesis on this type of anodes is possible due to preliminary polarization in the same electrolyte and change of electrolyte composition by introduction of additives, containing mainly ammonium ions because of their modifying action
