Water sources in southeast New Mexico (SENM) rock salt

Description

The two principal components of water in southeast New Mexico rock salt are determined. The water in this material that is due to fluid inclusions is shown to be 0.30 +- 0.03%. The total water content of this material, 0.65 +- 0.05%, is consistent with earlier measurements of similar material
