Description
Mutual system Cd3S3 + In2Te3 = Cd3Te3 + In2S3 is investigated for the first time. Isothermal cross section of phase diagram of the system at 755 K is plotted. It is determined that solid solutions on the basis of components of mutual system and CdIn2S4, CdIn2Te4, and CdIn8Te13 compounds participate. Phase with cubic lattice of spinel type on the basis of CdIn2S4 and In2S3, spinel-like phase on the basis of In2S3 and metastable at 298-755 K compounds Cd3In2S2Te4, Cd2In6S2Te9 are obtained
