Description
We present a protocol for a perfect teleportation of a five-qubit state of specific type. We utilize a six-qubit entangled quantum channel for this purpose. In this protocol, only four out of 26 possible measurement outcomes appear. This leads to a substantial convenience in the implementation of the protocol.
