Personnel education and training at the Mochovce NPP
Description
The system of nuclear power plant personnel education and training is described in relation to applicable legislation, regulations and guidelines of the operator, Slovak Power Plants company, and to the existing system of quality assurance at the Mochovce nuclear power plant. The system of personnel training in relation to the start-up of Unit 1 is also highlighted. The prospects of and trends in nuclear power plant personnel as envisaged by the proclaimed 'Conception of Human Resources Management' of the Slovak Power Plants company are outlined. (author)
