Stationary short-wave ion-acoustic turbulence of a current plasma
Description
Within the framework of the theory of weak plasma turbulence, the author finds the effective frequency of braking of the electron current exciting in a hot nonisothermal plasma a short-wave ionic sound stabilized by forced scattering on ions. The sound energy per unit plasma volume is determined
