A derivate sum rule and inconsistency in the low-energy π4He scattering parametrization
Description
We apply a sum rule, which we call a derivate sum rule in analogy with similar sum rules known in particle physics, to the symmetric elastic π4He forward scattering amplitude f(ω). This sum rule follows from the condition that the subtraction constant defined by the dispersion relation should be independent of the energy at which this relation is evaluated. (orig./WL)

Auf die symmetrische elastische π-4He-Vorwaertsstreuamplitude f (ω) wird eine Summenregel angewendet, die in Analogie zu aehnlichen in der Teilchenphysik bekannten Summenregeln als Ableitungssummenregel bezeichnet wird. Diese Summenregel folgt aus der Bedingung, dass die durch die Dispersionsrelation definierte abzuziehende Konstante von der Energie unabhaengig ist, bei der die Dispersionsrelatation ausgewertet wird.
