The improvement of nuclear safety regulation: systematization and efficiency from a comparative point of view

Description

Since the present legal system on nuclear safety regulation has some problems that refer to contents of regulatory provisions, this paper has preformed research on the legal basic theory of nuclear safety regulation. And then secondly this paper analyzed the problems of various kind of enactment techniques and suggested the criteria of both 'concretization' of regulations and 'efficiency' of nuclear safety law and regulations on the basis of statutes and constitution and the undergoing theory of the legality principle. In order to interpret easily this paper finally took the cases of judicial precedents and general theories on nuclear safety regulation from the comparative point of view
