Description
The nonlinearity deviation curve of each instrument module in a HPGe spectrometer has been tested by means of a precise pulse generator and then checked by the detector pulses induced by nuclear γ rays. A testing precision of 3 x 10-6 is achieved. The contribution from every component to the nonlinearity of whole spectrometer system is investigated
