Fracture toughness investigation of the welded joints in austenitic piping Du-300 MFCC at Ignalina NPP

Description
A study is made into mechanical properties, stress intensity factors, J-R curves of welded joint materials for downcomers of pipelines and for distributing group collectors. The Du 300 of steel 08Kh18N10T, hand and automatic arc welds produced with Sv-04Kh19N11M3 welding wire as well as a heat affected zone (HAZ) metal of this joint are investigated at room and elevated (285 deg C) temperatures. It is shown that all materials studied have lower mechanical properties at 285 deg C in comparison with those at room temperature. The exceptions are represented by the constraint and the modulus of elasticity. Mechanical strength at room temperature is maximal for a well metal and minimal for a HAZ metal. At elevated temperature the strength is maximal for a HAZ metal and minimal for a base metal

Проведено исследование механических характеристик, коэффициентов интенсивности напряжений, J-R кривых для материалов сварного соединения трубы опускных трубопроводов и раздаточных групповых коллекторов Ду-300 основного металла стали 08Х18Н10Т, металла шва, выполненного ручной и автоматической электродуговой сваркой проволокой Св-04Х19Н11М3, а также металла зоны термического влияния (ЗТВ) этого соединения при комнатной и повышенной (285 град С) температурах. Показано. что механические характеристики у всех исследованных материалов ниже при температуре 285 град С по сравнению с комнатной. Исключение составляют - относительное сужение при разрыве и модуль упругости. Механические характеристики прочности ри комнатной температуре максимальные у металла шва и минимальные у металла ЗТВ, при пппповышенной температуре эти характеристики максимальные у металла ЗТВ и минимальные у основного металлаAdditional details
