Fifth-order angular aberrations of inhomogeneous magnetic field with axial symmetry and their correction
Description
The fifth-order approximate solution is derived from the equation of motion for a charged particle in inhomogenous magnetic field with axial symmetry by the method of successive approximation. The angular aberrations of different orders and the coefficients of magnetic field to correct these angular aberrations are given
