Description

Purpose: Think to the diagnosis, a rare but often fatal hemo phagocytic syndrome before an intense and diffuse bone marrow uptake in homogenous PET18F-F.D.G.. The place of PET 18F-F.D.G. in the diagnosis of fever in the long term is growing. In this context, nuclear physicians and clinicians need to suspect to the diagnosis of hemo phagocytic syndrome.
