Measurement of self-couplings in a lattice scalar phi/sup 4/ theory with spontaneously broken symmetry
Description
Using Monte Carlo techniques on a 10/sup 4/ lattice, the authors measured the renormalized coupling of the three-point Green function g/sup (3)//sub R/, the vacuum expectation value and the renormalized mass m/sub R/ of one-component scalar phi/sup 4/ theory in the broken phase. They found that the value of g/sup (3)//sub R//m/sub R//sup 2/ is consistent with the perturbative calculation even when the renormalized coupling is large
