Book
Hydrogen energy from renewable resources
Creators
Description
The general objectives of this book were to identify, characterize, and evaluate processes that could produce hydrogen from renewable resources at lower than present costs, and processes that could utilize renewable resources to maximize the yield of methanol from biomass with minimal or no hydrogen addition. Specific objectives were to: recommend the best near-term options for hydrogen production; identify specific research needs to develop longer-term renewable hydrogen production options; and initiate fundamental research efforts that support these objectives
