Analysis on case of special topic information service of antineutrino detection technology

Description

A practical procedure for conducting Special Topic Information Service (STIS) has been summarized and analyzed basing on the case of STIS carried out for the topic of antineutrino detection technology, including such steps as the proposing and analysis of STIS need, design of STIS solution, implementation of STIS solution, design and realization of STIS product. Suggestions for improving STIS under the new situation are made in the end of the article. (authors)
