Kinetics of Cu3Au alloy disordering in dependence from pressure and vacancies concentration

Description
In the article disorder kinetics is considered depending on pressure and vacancy concentration by means of computer experiment methods by the example of two-dimensional crystal of ordering alloy Cu3Au with atomic packing to nodes of the corresponding plane (111) of the superstructure L12. It is shown that the uniform compressive deformation contributes certainly the kinetics process of disorder and depress the vacancy mechanism of diffusion. (author)
