Quartz Piezoelectric Resonance Gas Analyzers
Description
Design and metrological characteristics of quartz piezoelectric resonance gas analyzers are considered. It is shown that these devices allow solving various tasks at automation of technological processes in the chemical, oil and gas and related industries (in particular, the task of ensuring ecological and sanitary-hygienic safety).
