Chemical interaction in Te-R-H2O (R-HF,HCl,HBr,CH3COOH, CHOOH,C2H2O4) systems at high temperatures and pressures
Creators
Description
Heterogeneous chemical interaction in the systems Te-R-H2O (R-HF, HCl, HBr, CH3COOH, CHOOH, C2H2O4) of certain concentration at 200-300 deg C, pressure of 30-120 atm and temperature gradient 0.6 deg/cm has been studied. Regularities of yield and kinetics of reactions of monocrystal formation on the initial quantities are determined. It is established that the rate constant of monocrystal formation is described by Arrenius law, activation energies of monocrystal formation constitute from 7.4 to 12.1 kcal/mol and increase in the series Msub(HBr) > Msub(HCl) > Msub(HF) > Msub(CHsub(3)COOH) > Msub(CHOOH) > Msub(Csub(2)Hsub(4)Osub(4)). X-ray studies point to preferential orientation (1010) and (1121). Lattice parameters and values of specific resistance over the c axis (0.57 Ohmxcm) are determined
