Wide-range multistop time-to-code converter

Description

A multistop time-to-code converter is described; it is designed for mass-spectrometric multichannel time analyses in 1.25 ns - 655 μs range. Dead recording time by the stop-channel is ∼100 ns. Design specific features of the proposed converter allow to exclude the overlapping sections of spectra. Differential nonlinearity is 15%
