Description
This patent describes a superconducting structure. It comprises a crystal substrate having a superconducting film epitaxially deposited thereon, wherein the substrate is a crystal selected from the group consisting of LaAlO3, LaGaO3, PrGaO3 and NdGaO3, and wherein the superconducting film is a Ba- Y- Cu- O superconductor
