Aspects of the use of ultrasonography and nuclear medicine in nephropathies

Description

The importance of both Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasonography analysis of the exams, done in six cases of kidney diseases is presented. The radioisotopic and ultrasonographic exams give the diagnostic of renal cyst, polycistic kidneys and liver, renal tumor, advanced hydronefroses and congenital kidney disease. (Author)

Apresenta-se a importancia da analise conjunta dos exames realizados em Medicina Nuclear e Ultra-sonografia em 6 casos de nefropatias. Os exames radioisotopicos e ultra-sonograficos, proporcionaram o diagnostico de cisto renal simples, rins e figado policisticos, tumor renal, hidronefroses avancadas e doencas renal congenita.
