Description
On hand of usual criteria for the determination of the quality of scintigraphic images the resolution, homogeneity and linearly of the ECT Gammatome (CGR) was investigated. As a result of this study it can be stated that the properties of the ECAT system are comparable to those of standard scintillation camera systems. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
In Anlehnung an uebliche Methoden zur Ermittlung der Bildguete von Szintigrammen wurden die Abbildungseigenschaften des Emissions-Computertomographen Gammatome T 9000 (CGR) untersucht. Es wurde festgestellt, dass die von uns gemessenen Werte bezueglich Aufloesung, Homogenitaet und Linearitaet des Systems nur geringfuegig unguenstiger erscheinen, als es dem Qualitaetsstandard moderner Gammakameras entspricht.
