This retrospective study has confirmed the effectiveness of a radiosurgery or a stereotaxic radiotherapy in terms of survival and local control in patients with one to three cerebral metastases and the prognostic value of the performance index of Who,of a primary cancer control, of the recursive partitioning analysis (R.P.A.) group and of the age.
