Description
At NPP sites meteorological parameters of ambient air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, wind direction, earth surface features like roughness length (Z0) friction velocity (u*), drag coefficient (CD) and pollutant source details were used to calculate the concentration distribution and dose computation using suitable atmospheric dispersion model. Roughness length and frictional velocity determine the efficiency of the turbulent transport or aerodynamic conductance through the lower boundary layer. In this paper values of wind profile index parameter P, sector dependent roughness length Z0 frictional velocity u.and drag coefficient CD for Rawatbhata site is evaluated for neutral category and the sector values of Z0 are explained according to the terrain features
